Our High Intensity Intervals Training (HIIT) sessions will get your heart pumping. These sessions incorporate repeated, short bursts, of high intensity exercise, alternating with rest periods. Our HIIT sessions are exciting and energising workouts, helping you to burn calories and increase your metabolism whilst making you stronger. You will use lots of different equipment as well as body weight exercises for variety. All fitness levels are welcome at our HIIT sessions. This session ensures massive cardio variety using different terrain, intervals, games, buddy cardio and cross training - catering for the first time exerciser to the super fit and marathon runner.


The ideal full body strengthening and sculpting session, Toneup is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance, body tone, body shape and postural stability. Just like cardio, muscle toning is a pretty essential aspect of any successful training program, and a combination of the two leaves you feeling amazing (and people notice!).


The empowering outdoor cardio and strength session combining boxing, kicking and self defense techniques. Punch, kick and jab your way through a fun and highly motivating session that will calorie burn, build strength and leave you with a healthy sense of achievement – no previous experience required.


The perfect session to improve your core strength, posture and muscle balance. A fit ball used outdoors and combined with dumbbells and cross training, makes this a fun and exhilarating workout guaranteed to raise a sweat - The coreball is no secret. This revolutionary round ball provides an unstable base of support which forces your abdominal muscles to work constantly to support your posture.


A dynamic strengthening and stretching session enhancing muscle tone, core strength and flexibility. Inspired by Pilates and yoga, this session will tone your body, provide postural strength, injury prevention, flexibility, balance, clear the mind and relieve stress.

An inspiring cross training session using boot camp style drills to mould you into shape. The outdoors provides the perfect environment to use weighted bars, ropes, medicine balls and buddy drills to maximise fitness improvement, while strengthening and toning your body. Endurit is based on a form of training used in the Marines, officially called Recruit Training. It’s used to transform civilians into soldiers, sailors, coast guardsmen, marines or airmen!

Training Club is Step into Life’s own goal setting program and is all about giving you attainable goals, keeping you motivated and on track. Points are awarded based on the total amount of time you’ve personally invested in your training.
